"2br cabin suited our stay, a little older than the one at another local park we stayed at. Kitchenette had 2 hotplates and a microwave but no oven - we used the one oven that was located in the Camp Kitchen. We loved the onsite mini-golf and the Shaws Bay location can't be beat. We would stay here again."

"Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed. "Our 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor was clean, well maintained and had a nice big spa bath. Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of capsules provided. Some noise at night, as this is in the centre of Ballina. "

"The breakfast at the Hotel was magnificent, a great choice of cold buffet food. The Hotel is a beautiful old colonial building restored to a high standard. There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. "
