"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. " All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"I checked in at 10:00pm after a long day of travel. Very loud music was coming into my room from the bar. I was told it would continue until about 3:00am. There were earplugs on the bedside table, which means to me they know it's a problem they have! It was late, I was exhausted, traveling alone, and nothing nearby had availability at an affordable price. I did not sleep at all. If I had known this would be happening I would never have booked!"
