"Staff member checked me in and welcomed us and showed me to the room upstairs a few freebies in room nice touch Room clean and quiet, bathroom plenty of room shower in bath We had issues with toilet randomly flushing then leaking at the tap so turned it off overnight In morning 730am partner showered said was hard to get temperature right but ok my shower 845am I turned hot water tap on and then water stopped nothing so aborted and had a bird bath instead! Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there. It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd. "The property was very comfortable & welcoming for 3 adults, a child & a small dog. It was lovely to have milk & juice left in the fridge to welcome us. The beds & furniture were comfortable, however, on entering the lounge, the fabric lounge furniture & carpet smelled extremely musty & caused the child's asthma to worsen. A steam clean is urgently suggested. There is no hotplate in the kitchenette & only 1 very small lidded microwave container. The crockery cannot go in the microwave as it has a...

"What a beautiful property, easy check in. Everything was there we needed for a perfect weekend . That extra touch of fully stocked tea bags , milk water bottles and little snacks just makes all the difference. Beds were comfy and had electric blankets. Might be bit hot in summer no fans in bedrooms. Lovely verandah with stunning views great Webber BBQ to. The only thing I would say is maybe a light at the front gate and better signs to the cottages otherwise 10 out of 10"

"Pat & Neil's cottage was extremely comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality facilities. The setting was peaceful and private and the outlook over the hills and farmland very scenic. I particularly liked being able to sit on the deck for meals or a drink, and the welcome touches of scones, fruit, chocolate and butter were very muc appreciated. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Highly impressive and hope to visit again."
