"My room was not refreshed after two days of staying here. We added one night to our stay and our keys didn’t work until we went back down to the decks to make them work. We came up. Our room was not cleaned. We don’t have enough towels. We ran out of conditioner and the house key made it housekeeper is gone for the day."

"The photos on the site made it seem that the rooms and the property is very clean, it was not. The room had a very weird odor, the curtains had burn holes on them, the bathroom had hair everywhere, they did not have a heater in the room only an AC vent, the staff was pretty nice and friendly. There was a lot of homeless people hanging around outside in the halls, it made it very uncomfortable for us to stay there. NEVER AGAIN. "
