"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Quaint Quarters is a beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable cottage to stay in for a getaway to Colonial Beach. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we loved sitting out on the big front porch in the evenings. The fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom with an option to turn off the heat and just have the muticolor flames for ambiance were a nice extra touch. The fenced yard provided plenty of room for our dog to play and to rest in the cool...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet that this home provided. We weren't lucky enough to catch any fish but were able to catch about a dozen blue crabs! This home provided everything you might need to get away for a while and decompress! "

"I loved everything about this place. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space inside and out. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of being able to walk to so many places. We would LOVE to come back again!"

"WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound. You are in walking distance to the beach/river. Also, there are many eating places of all kinds, brewery/coffee shops, and yes, even ice cream. We will be back!!!"

"This is a beautiful house with gorgeous views of the river and is great for a friend or family reunion! We gathered 6 families, with kids ranging from 1 to 8, and had plenty of room and so much fun! The kitchen/dining area was amazing (and huge) for prepping meals and allowing all 18 of us to eat together. It was super hot when we were there, but we were able to play on the river beach some and take the kayaks out. We spent a lot of time at the community pool, which was great for kids. The house...
