"When we pulled up to the house, our first impressions could have been a little better. The yard wasn't super well kept and the outside of the cabin seemed a little rough. However, it was beautiful on the inside and ended up being quite a nice place to stay. It was also close by to several prime hiking spots, which was nice. It's a small house, but perfect for a couple getaway. Definitely had a nice cozy feel to it."

"Great location in reference to thr state park hiking and sites. Very quiet and tranquil. Easy access even with a larger travel trailer. If you have a larger rig id suggest sites 2, 3 or 4 instead of 1 however site 1 would still accommodate. Other than an email, we had no contact with the staff. This was not an issue since everything was just perfect."

"Very clean and private cabin in the woods of Hicking Hills. The host has a beautiful set up with a fire ring, hot tub, and a short walkong path behind the house. This cabin is pet friendly and our dogs loved every minute! There were some ants and wasps on the property. They left us alone but should probably have a spray. Great trip, great stay- would definately return. No wifi was the best way to disconnect from everything!!"
