"Checked in and sent to a room that hadn't yet been cleaned. Went back to down to desk and waited in line for a long time to get a new room because there was only one staff member there handling all check ins by herself. The elevator near our room was out of order, leaving just one functioning elevator and more waiting. The fire alarm went off right after we finally got to our new room. The hotel looks new and very nice and the room was comfortable. The one staff member was kind and apologetic....
