"Surprisingly, better than expected. Staff was amazing. So friendly, helpful, and always busy working/cleaning. They had needs met before we even had to ask. Coffee maker was a pleasant surprise. Bed was comfortable."

"Apparently this was a very nice place at one time. There was no television service, the pool was closed, the sauna was closed and coffee wasn't available after I was told it would be. The only good thing I can say is it was quiet and the bed was comfortable."

"Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side."

"Pluses: Check in process was quick & easy. The breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Deltas: We stayed in a suite with a foldout couch. There was no bedding in the room to be found. My wife went down to the desk to get bedding, but they didn't give her a pillow. Another trip down when the bedding should have been in the room already. It's the only reason we booked this room & it became a headache for us."

"Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. "

"Staffing was minimal, no ice machine on the 3rd floor, the only ice machine on the 1st floor was out of order. The only staff member on duty at 4pm was very helpful but busy, the bed was very comfortable."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."
