"The atrium was a scene from a 1920s movie architecture. We liked it. The public areas were a little dark. With all the dark wood there needs to be lighter walls and brighter lighting. The elevator was well worn with broken floor button panel that didn't light up. But the ride was fairly smooth. In the room, the desk light and the wall light only lit up half the lights. I could not tell if the AC or heat unit was running. I upped the thermostat to 74 to prepare for the 38 degree night temps. ...

"Staff was very pleasant"

"It was quiet and rooms were decent to a point but definitely not worth the money!"

"Staff was great. The "room" was the size of an apartment which was great for the 6 of us. We had so much space. Easy Check in. We didn't know how to check out as the office was closed. Other than that, it was great and we will be back!"

"The beds are excellent. I had the best nights sleep in years here. The comfy bed and AC control made it for me. Specifically, the AC wasn’t set up to blast cold air at you but controlled the room temperature. The room was quiet and well set up. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was adequate."

"The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds weren’t very comfortable though."

"Location bad. Warehouse district. No hair dryer in room. No drain stopper in tub. Old mold stains in tub area. Needs recaulking. Avoid staying there"

"The staff is wonderful 5 stars. The room needs help, bathroom door sqeaks and will wake everyone up at night, when someone goes to the bathroom. We found a spider in the sink, little bug in the bathroom, it disappeared in a crack when I tried to kill it. My daughter said the room smelled like a zoo."

"Great place. It's not near anything but its a great value. I would definitely come back if ai am traveling through the area. Only quibble- the atav was probably the smallest I've seen in some time. I didn't check but it might have been a 32 or 36 inch LED. Yea, I'm spoiled. Lol."

"Walking into the lobby the space immediately smelled of cigarette and weed smoke masked with fragrance. It was congregated with people all of poor health or influenced by drugs and one staff behind the desk. The front desk clerk had to ask the patrons to quiet down not once but twice. The pool was poorly maintained and described as freezing cold. Our rooms floor was sticky, there was no trash can, and smelled heavily of cigarette and weed smoke. We were concerned of the residential population...

"The room needed to be vacuumed & needed some repairs. The breakfast is good. Parking is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"I remember when this place was a special hotel in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, it is so dated and it has not kept up with what usually happens in hotels. For example. there was no microwave in the room. However, I found a microwave next to an ice machine that was not functioning. The location was dirty -- no way was I using it. When I checked in, there was no explanation as to how my room would be cleaned. In fact, no one came to clean my room, I ended up going to the front desk and...

"Safe, clean and quiet stay."

"The motel was being remodeled and had furniture in the hall ways. The door to our room did not fit, the heater didn't work. (The manager did bring in a space heater.) The electrical plug near the front door and sink did not work. The smoke detector was in a drawn. The breakfast was less than average with two of the juice machines not working. The ice machine didn't work but was fixed later. Rust was seen in the bathroom."
