"Great check in and great room but in the morning there was no hot water and wasn’t notified that the hot water was out. I would still stay here just make sure they aren’t having issues with the hot water."

"The employee who was working in the breakfast area was very attentive. She noticed that I was packing my oatmeal to go because I’m diabetic and can only eat at certain times; So she quickly provided me with what I needed without even asking her."

The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. "The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet."

"Room was ok for a one night stay. Water pressure in bathroom sink very low. No bars or hooks to hang towels in bathroom."

"Out dated rooms. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very basic. Tried to cancel after the first night and manager advised they had a 4 night minimum and didn’t offer anything. Air conditioner in the room broke last night we stayed there. They again didn’t offer anything to resolve this issue. Advised us to just leave it turned off and it would work again. It never did! Poor experience."

"The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this 1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4. Parking is in a garage that is 14$ per day that is...

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Topeka, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the staff and how they made thing so welcoming, they were professional and extremely helpful. I loved that this hotel was close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions."

"The local was good other than that the bathroom floor in the room was falling apart. The room had flys pool and workout room was closed coffee was cold and was going to take a hour to get fresh."

"Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. "

"room was comfortable indoor pool was ice cold i thought an indoor pool would be heated but boy was i wrong toocold for my grandaughters to play in they were dissappointed as was i and the whirlpool was nothing morethan a jet stream shooting out fron the deep end of the pool at both corners the breakfast was only till 9 so missed it as did the next three couples that came in after me they wereexpecting it to last longer i was able to get a coffee and toast but also not happy about missing...

"Very strange bathroom. Sink in the room, closet type area for toilet and shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Staff was very nice and friendly."

"The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in."
