"Amazing property and perfect location! We had so much playing volleyball and enjoying the hot tub at night. The property is only located about 30 mins from Chattanooga, but honestly the house is so nice it's hard to even want to leave once you arrive. The host was very quick to respond to any messages we sent and was very nice and accommodating. 1000% would stay here again."

"This property was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, well appointed and cozy. Loved the out of the city rural feel to this wooded property. Loved the quietness. No slamming doors or loud occupants like in a hotel to interrupt sleeping. Ruby, our contact person, went out of her way to accommodate us. Any need was quickly addressed from extra linens and a drip coffee maker so I could make my special coffee I wanted to bring. The snacks awaiting us when we arrived. Points on the complimentary...

"Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. "
