"The property was great! Close to the falls and park. Everything about our stay was fantastic!!"

"I loved the balcony and the view on the lake also a deck with chairs and fire pit for everyone to use it. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Its a busy hotel so if you want eat dinner dont wait until they ran out of the food like we did."

"This is the place you want to stay when you're in Watkins Glen. Just fantastic!"

"THE HOTEL DID A BAIT AND SWITCH. THE ROOM ON THE EXPEDIA SITE LOOKED CLEAN AND ROOMY. THE REAL ROOM WAS DIRTY, DARK, SMALL, AND SMELLY. I COULD NOT STAY THERE. WENT ELSEWHERE AND FOUND A CLEAN, AIRY, LARGER ROOM FOR LESS PLUS A NICE BREAKFAST. EXPEDIA AND FALLS MOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AND WENT ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!! DO NO GO TO FALLS MOTEL!!!"

"The room was clean, freshly painted, new flooring, updated bathroom, coffee in the lobby in the morning, walking distance to restaurants"

"The room was not cleaned properly and had a very unpleasant smell. The beds were also making loud, squeaky noises, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The quilt and pillowcases had a bad odor and were not usable. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I have never experienced this level of poor cleanliness and maintenance at a hotel before. I was also surprised to see the property rated 8, as my experience was completely different from what that rating suggests. I honestly...

"I loved everything about this property The location, the room , the service was excellent and the winery and restaurant were top notch I would recommend this to anyone who loves to travel to the Finger Lakes"

"One woman seemed to work around the clock handling cooking, cleaning, and almost any issue that developed, with a smile. The property was clean and had a warm comfortable feel. Learned after check in that whirlpool tub was down for repair. This feature was a factor in our room selection months ago. No comparable rooms were available and no offset for the up charge was provided."

"A perfect stay"

"The property had some shady business happening outside of it and when I didn’t feel safe and notified the front desk all they can say is did something happen to you. So I took my things and went elsewhere. I do not recommend this property."

"Owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Locations Peaceful and Quiet"

"Good location. Good view of lake. Good-sized room. Excellent housekeeping. In-hotel breakfast minimal but ok if you bring food in or eat out. Good climate control. Easy parking close to room."

"Very clean and quaint."

"The hotel meet what is expected. A good and comfortable place to lay down your body and have a good night sleep after a busy day. It’d be great if they include meat or eggs in the breakfast. But the experience is good. "
