"I arrived at the hotel around 4 o’clock as the check-in time was then. I entered the room and there was mud all over the floor. Brown stains were on the sheets. There were poop marks all spread on the toilet. The bed was quite literally the most uncomfortable thing because there was no support in the middle. The bed frame was 2 pieces of metal that separated if you slept in the middle of the bed, which essentially made a mattress taco."

"Breakfast was okay. The front desk clerk was also the person taking care of the breakfast room. So maybe they are a little short staffed. The mattress was horrible for me. I can’t see myself staying here again because of this."

"the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, there was a sitting place for my wife to curl her hair with a nice mirror outside of the bathroom so that i could get ready at the same time. very thoughtful and convenient. did not get a chance to try the breakfast but it was included. free parking and they have an EV charger also."

"The Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars was absolutely fantastic. Our room was very clean. The complimentary glass of wine at check in and the bottle in our room were both a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the bottle sitting on our balcony overlooking the grapevines as well as the lake. We would highly recommend staying there. "
