"I arrived at this Red Roof with a near traumatic experience in their hotel in Benton Harbor. But: surprise! This one is much better. The room was decent, as well as the bathroom. There is a swimming pool and a decent breakfast included. But one of the days they “forgot” to make up my room. And there was no maid available. The staff was very friendly. "

"Property was nice and clean. The area of the location was very nice. We had no worries leaving our motorcycles out in the parking lot over night in this area. The shower water was only slightly warm not hot at all. That’s my only complaint, but after riding 6-1/2 hours and spending a lot of time at a biker rally we really didn’t care haha. Just happy to be able to shower. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I have stayed three nights at the Comfort Inn Fremont for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the main highways, restaurants and other services. The room was comfortable, big bad and good restroom. Clean and in order. The low point is the breakfast. Just a few options available. Only bacon and eggs as salted options, which is too heavy for many people. No biscuits and a few choice of breads and fruits. People were friendly in general. "

"We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

"Had a wonderful time.Cottage was retro, clean ,cute and absolutely loved the private beach access! Ted was easy to reach and quick to respond to any needs we had. "

"This place is a hidden gem. A few minutes outside of Sandusky, the rooms are simple yet comfortable and the grounds are a lovely place to relax, be it outside with the porches, pavilions, and firepits, or in one of the shared spaces inside. Ranae's communication was friendly, prompt, and clear. My only regret was that we didn't have more time there."

"We had a brief hiccup upon trying to get into the unit. We worked with the property manager, and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. The communication was awesome. The customer service was the best. Definitely going again next year. This was our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint. There is a lot to do in the area. We discovered on this visit four different state parks right in the immediate area."
