Both nights during our stay people staying with sports team kids let their kids stay up until 1am making a ton of noise. They were literally throwing a ball in the hallway at 1am. "The property has a great layout and the rooms are spacious. There was no coffee at breakfast, only one carafe of coffee. It was spring break weekend though, so might have been more busy than normal. Average breakfast offerings, so, not bad. Staff was very friendly. We stayed at a different property the weekend prior and this property was much more family friendly. It was acceptibly clean. It just looks like it needs maintenance, like peeling wallpaper. Moldy caulking in the bathroom. Toilet...

"The window would not close all the way. There was a 1" gap. Even though I was told there was no pets on the same floor there was a dog barking 2 doors down. One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke"
