"This was a return trip after our first stay last year. The house fit 12 adults very comfortably. The view of the river is spectacular. Having two large tables we can all gather at for meals was wonderful. The yard is spacious, there is a large fire pit for sitting around the fire, and an easy access sand shoreline for launching a kayak. The host has all the information needed and provides contact numbers. Another year of memories!!"

"Property was perfect for our group. We arrived to a clean home, everything was as advertised and hosts were very accommodating. Location was perfect, walking distance from downtown lake Geneva."

"Kyle was a great host with easy directions and instructions. The house was exactly as advertised and easily fit 15 grown men with ease and comfort. Would rent from Kyle again any time."

It was nice to have access to the facilities at The Cove, but also the easy check in and out and personalization of renting the condo from Sal and Annie. "

"Great house and plenty of good space for a large group. Very private property and had an excellent time enjoying the views and the water.If you are getting in the lake I would suggest some water shoes, there were some sharp rocks.Overall, very happy with our stay!"

"This house was perfect for our group (several families with babies). The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. There was plenty of parking for our whole group and it was about a 15 minute walk to a small neighborhood "beach" and playground. Would recommend and would stay...

"Perfect lake house, for our family with 3 teens. House was great and lots of communication from owner via email and binder. We did all the lake stuff.. paddleboard, kayak, swim, fish and it was perfect. My favorite was floating in the water and reading on the dock. According to the notes and reviews, upstairs loft and small bedroom were quite warm but it was also August and very hot outside. Otherwise a comfortable retreat. We only drove through town but it looked very quaint and inviting, I'd...

"Very well kept. Good location Just a few recommendations- how to lock/unlock washer @ dryer. Communication- rcvd an e-mail late Saturday and offered an additional night for only 200, which we declined.Then we were offered a late check out on Sunday for 50I responded yes to late departure.Then no mention of late checkout.Tried again but no success. So, we left before 10a. "

"This home was just what we needed -- calm, quiet, solitude. All of your necessities on one level! We even had some guests that we admired from a distance (mama turkey followed by her young ones). This home is at the end of a cul de sac -- which made parking a challenge with our trailer (that was my error and no reflection on the home!) We would love to stay here again!!!"
