"I wil say that the room was clean. We checked in late at night and the man at the desk at that hour kind of gave me the heebie jeebies. I did not realize that this hotel has exterior entrances right to the parking lot - I would not have picked that for a trip with several young adult girls if I had realized. The water pressure in the sink was crazy and sounded like a flood and the pillows were super lumpy. BUT - it was clean and well kept. It wasn't terrible but I'll choose differently next...

"The mirror in front of the sinks was cracked, and when we first walked in, there were dirty towels on the floor and the walls were dirty. When we tried to shower, the water wouldn’t drain properly. On our last day, there was no running water at all, so we couldn’t shower or even use the bathroom. On top of that, we had to turn off the air conditioning because it started to smell like smoke. Overall, the room was not clean or properly maintained, and these issues made our stay very uncomfortable."

"They refused my booking through Expedia, manager “Luis” stated that there is no booking by my name."

"The place was terrible. It was sooooooo gross. I’ll spare the details but I showered in my socks. And the towels were dirty, dirty room. Disappointing.."

"For what I paid it’s wasn’t worth the money."

"I just look at it as a place to stay. It was cheaper and clean. The location felt a bit sketchy."

"Property is always clean, rooms are clean, nice beds… great and safe location!!"

"Great place to stay in the Bryan-College Station area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Extremely clean. Very convenient to Texas 6 highway. Shopping minutes away."

"Clean room,"

"Manager is rude and cant take complaints. Room has clogged drain, no towels, lamp was not working and stains in the bed. She went crazy when we complained, a personnlike this cannot eork in custumer services. This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in my life and I spend half of my year traveling. I will never try a Candlewood again"

"I was given a room on the second floor, no idea that the elevator was out when I reserved. Wouldn’t have been so bad, but I have mobility issues. Didn’t have a choice but to take the room. The tub fills with water as you shower, it doesn’t drain."
