The linens appeared to be clean but the floor appeared dirty (particles stuck to my bare feet) and someone had used the little soap on the sink. This was replaced. I chose the hotel largely based on the claim that the rooms were soundproofed but I did not find this to be the case. I could hear someone talking and later snoring from the adjacent room. My room was on the ground level and the window faced a bare wooden fence....

"My room was warm. I believe the thermostat is set and controlled. Although someone came to my room in 5 minutes & put on a show of repairing…. the thermostat remained the same…The staff was nice & I didn’t want to make a big deal because I was only there for a graduation & one night but had I needed to stay for multiple days….. I couldn’t sleep in room that has the thermostat set at 73 for sleeping"
