"Excellent experience from start to finish. Coordinating the booking with the hosts was superb and well communicated, including ensuring an earlier check-in for our group was possible. The cabin was really comfortable for everyone in our party. All beds and linens were really nice and comfortable, house was clean, AC was very welcomed, kitchen was well equipped for home meals, the pool and hot tub was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Everyone enjoyed the stay and will be returning again...

"Great room for 1-3 people. It is an above the garage master suite with its own entrance. It was very clean and welcoming. King bed and love seat with table in the main area. The master closet has been converted to another bedroom with a twin trundle bed. Because it has no windows there is no door separating the two rooms. Large bathroom, with separate toilet room. Only down side was the standing tub with a wand for a shower head. The wand can’t mount anywhere and has barely any pressure. The...

"There was alot of spiders throughout the house and all over the ceiling. There was no cushioning on the outdoor chairs. The barbeque has very dirty. As we were cooking dinner the power went out and we had to use the barbeque and it affected our dinner. We called the owner, and the property manager came and reset the breaker in the garage. He threatened to call the police after we confronted him about all the problems after our stay."

"We had the best week at sylvan lake at this property. The location was 10/10 and the house was perfect for our two families. There was lots of space for 8! We were here for SLHC and the kids lived their best lives. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back next year!!"
