"Hotel ran out of towels, no one could bring towels after housekeeping left because only one staff at desk. Hall was very cold like extreme ac. Overall good but then they charged me a different amount than Expedia had so had to call and wait two days, call again. Eventually got someone who could refund the difference."

"The hotel is run down and smelled. Mold in the bathroom. Carpet stains and strange smells thought out. Hotel was unsecured with emergency exits were held open with packs of cigarettes. Garbage and butts surround the facility. I don't think this place can survive like this. Such a shame. Boiled ham for breakfast! Staff were cordial and helpful. They were kind and knowledable. I felt bad they work at a hotel that used to be a goto place."

"Very average! We are two friends who met in Red Deer for a visit. We booked a two bedroom suite with a living room because we wanted two beds and a place to sit, have a glass of wine and chat where we didn’t have to sit on a bed. That’s exactly what we got. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable, there were plastic cups, no wine glasses and poor lighting. We had a nice time in Red Deer but the hotel was definitely not one of the highlights!"

"Room was clean, breakfast was ok. This hotel is dated. Was a little worried when we checked in because there was really no cars in the parking lot, but by night/morning the parking lot was packed. Had a good night sleep."

"The price attracted me to the property, but the experience ended up matching it. When I turned down the hall and saw a mousetrap in the hall, I questioned my choice. The room was okay in the cleanliness, but with only a couple plug in and no USB plugs o had chargers spread around the room. I would describe my sleep as adequate, but I was to describe the pillows I would liken them to sleeping on a bag of pears in various stages of ripeness. Location is great, price is good, but the experience...

"É uma cidade que não é grande mas tudo fica distante, este hotel esta ao lado de um dos shoppings da cidade. Isso nos possibilito ir ao shopping a pé e passeamos por lá. \É um hotel simples mas o importante , limpo , cama boa e lençóis de boa qualidade, organizado e o staff muito gentil e disposto a nos ajudar, sempre com sorriso no rosto . Sem contar que o wifi funciona bem demais. Gostamos muito."
