"Spent one night at prarire crest hotel. Have four kids in the room.Shortly after 9 with 3/4 kids asleep we notice the ceiling is leaking. My husband goes downstairs to talk to front desk. Wants us to check out with no where to go. Again 4 kids here. Multiple arguements back and forth which end in them threating us that we will need to pay the full nights stay and to relocate to 2 small rooms tomorrow. Full cost of 1 room PLUS 65 for the room since they do not have what we paid for avaliable....

"I got charged almost $200 for 'damages' from some hair dye on a couple towels. Wasn't reached out to or provided a cost breakdown; I had to notice and reach out. I keep being told a manager will get back to me. I've never had a hotel charge me for this. Aren't they just bleached anyway?"

"If you’re looking for a place to sleep while playing (or working) nearby, then this is a great hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast really was good. Yes, it is terribly outdated. The TV in the kids room didn’t turn on. However, all we needed was a place to keep our stuff and sleep when we weren’t at Sylvan Lake beach. Would stay here again, but if I was looking for a place to spend some time in, then I would probably look for something else."

Isso nos possibilito ir ao shopping a pé e passeamos por lá. \É um hotel simples mas o importante , limpo , cama boa e lençóis de boa qualidade, organizado e o staff muito gentil e disposto a nos ajudar, sempre com sorriso no rosto . Sem contar que o wifi funciona bem demais. Gostamos muito."

"We liked the appeal of the building, even before we got in. At check-in, we were greeted by a relaxing atmosphere, clean reception area, and a wonderful woman at the fron desk. She was really nice, and went above and beyond for us.
