It would be great if the small convenience store attached to the front desk sold additional items front desk clerks do have on hand, such as a handheld luggage scale, penknife, wine bottle opener and stopper, basic stationary supplies, luggage locks and tags etc. That would be such a nice upgrade! Also, more bell carts are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. If you need one at the last minute and can’t find any, don’t count on staff, helping you locate...

"We have stayed at this property several times over the years. This will be our last. The rooms were not as clean as before. Everything very dated, moldy smell. Plaster on the ceiling falling off on the floor. No toilet paper holders, dirty grout and stains on the furniture and carpet. Just two years ago it was in much better shape. Not up to standards."
