"Property was amazing. My oldest took advatage of having his own place with the separate house. Everything you needed was there, just bring your food. Kitchen had everything needed, the "smoke shack" was great, rather you were smoking or grilling food or cooking up breakfast on the blackstone! Two kayaks and one inflatable were awesome to have! Firepit (just bring somenwood) and grabpots provided were a plus. Decor of the home was great and very private area plus having your own little beach area...

"Great place to see the ocean, feel the breeze and be away from the city. The house was super clean. My complaint would be that the water in the shower etc seems to be super hard water as it took forever to get the shampoo out my hair lol. But, don't let that take you away from the views of this place. Also, if you have kids you might be very observant of the roots in the water at the beach as there are many that are sticking up and if you are not careful you can step on these if you are...

"We LOVED our stay and it was so relaxing. We traveled with an infant (5 months) and it went great. The Jacobs were so generous and offered us an early day check-in and late check-out free of charge. The sunrises were EXTRAORDINARY and the property is fully stacked with anything you need but might forget. Ex: we forgot our bug spray and found one on the property! The property is clean, kitchen fully functional and well stocked with cooking/serving wear. Freezer has an ice maker and that was...

"Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite.
