"Front desk staff was great. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Parking was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Only drawback was the pool didnt appear to be maintained to the same standard. Breakfast was much more than we expected. Bacon, eggs, waffles, a selection of cereals, yogurt, juices in addition to sweet rolls, coffee, tea and hot chocolate."

I apologize for not getting her name the only issue we encountered was , out TV would not allow us to watch Live Channels and there was only one working elevator , but I think that was due to the extreme heat . "This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive."

"The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean."

"The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee."
