"The place is excellent and clean. My only reservation is the walls are not well sound proofed. You can hear neighboring rooms easily. Also, additional charges for “parking and Gym” is unjustified, especially since some guests don’t use them. "

"Such a great time on the Water Lily. My husband and i stayed and had our daughter with 3 of her friend's over one day. It was a gorgeous day on Danielle's house boat. 3 decks to enjoy. Swimming right of the boat was easy and there is an oversized float tgat my daughter anf her friend's enjoyed. Bed was very comfortable. Danielle was a great host! I highly recommend it! We'll be back! "

"The house was clean and comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. My daughters both really appreciated being able to get ready at the light-up vanity, and my husband and I enjoyed having our coffee on the deck every morning. We were just a short commute to all of the sights and activities that we were interested in. Gale was extremely attentive and responsive, and the information packet that she provided came in very handy with restaurant recommendations and sunset spots. "

"Beautiful interior renovation, clean, and well stocked with kitchenware. Upstairs bathroom may be challenging for anyone taller than 6’ 2”, but the downstairs bathroom will be fine. Location is great for attending local activities. "

"What a gem! This is a great house. Everything was sparkling clean and oh so comfortable. We stayed with our son and daughter in law and there was plenty of room for everyone. With the living room downstairs and a sitting room on the second floor there was ample space when we wanted to be together and still loads of privacy. The deck and yard were wonderful. You can't go wrong booking this lovely home!"

"Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"
