"This one bedroom apartment was better than advertised. Beautiful views, excellent location for walking to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodations were nice. The only complaint is the king sized bed needs to be changed. It is very squeaky and loud. I paid an additional 10/day fee to park in the neighboring building’s public parking garage. "Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating."

"We had a great time staying here! Every night we sat on the balcony listening to the waves. The bed was comfortable so we slept very well, and I was especially thankful that there was a fan in the closet because we forgot to bring one!! The only thing I wasn’t expecting was so many stairs (my oversight), but the top floor view was worth it. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Really cute place to stay. Super clean, well appointed and very comfortable mattress. The grounds are really nice. My only recommendation is to either list amenities or update pictures. There was no info about coffee pot, dishes, silverware, etc. in the amenities list. We brought paper products and there was a picture of a Mr. Coffee so we bought grounds and filters. When we got there, there was a Keurig. While we love Keurig and have 100 pods at home, we were now forced to find a store....
