"The service we received was excellent!!"

"Staff was knowledgeable about the area and we appreciated the clean pool. kudos to the management."

"We were greeted by a bright, smiling & friendly gentleman upon arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful. All of the staff were friendly & asked us if there was anything they could do or get for us. Breakfast was great! The ladies who prepare the breakfast went above & beyond to make certain food never ran out, tables were clean & plenty of drinks were available. We will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Heavenly and Ebony were the best. So pleasant and helpful. Love seeing customer service professionals that actually enjoy their work."

"the room was clean and the bed very comfy. the guy at the front desk didn’t greet me or even speak until i did; he just stared at me without speaking. he didn’t tell me anything about the property until i had to ask where the elevators were."

"Shower had mold and the bathroom floor was crazy sticky. The bed was clean and we sleep well, but I would not stay again."

"Warm cookies are always fantastic. Nice facility. Wish breakfast was included with the room."

"I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one....

"The staff was very pleasant"

"Cute little bar and restaurant, staff super friendly. Room was super cute and well thought out. Very cozy and current decor. It is close to a county hospital, so you may hear so sirens from time to time. The water pressure was a little intense in the shower, the shower heads would be better if adjustable for different water strength, but thats really just a me thing. So overall. 5.0. I highly recommend."
