"The property was run-down and looked very shabby. A ceiling tile was moved aside for the TV cable running down the wall to the back of the TV. The bed and bathroom appeared clean. But something smelled skunky. I do NOT smoke cigarettes or pot, but clearly someone had been. The property website said there was a gym, "24-hour fitness facilities," but the few pieces of equipment looked very old, and the room didn't appear very clean. "The proprietor was very helpful it's my situation, I got the night of my stay confused but he didn't charge me an additional night. The place needs some updates but my room was clean. The cable connection kept cutting out but I had my book and phone and was only there to sleep anyway. Most of the other guests were utility and construction or transportation workers. There's nothing nearby to do. But Door Dash does deliver there."

"My stay here went very well. Check in was fast and easy, the room decor is 80’s-90’s style, but they were clean and neat. The adjoining restaurant made getting dinner a breeze. There is a nice outdoor seating area at the restaurant, with a local musician playing classic rock the evening of our stay. If in the area again I’d gladly come back."

Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions.
