"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The view from my hotel oom was absolutely stunning. The lights on the bridge were amazing. Toledo never look d better."

"Our room & the facility were clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff complained to guests about call offs at front desk & breakfast person. The lady that was preparing breakfast must not have been trained for that job.,. She was was nervous & frazzled.,,l"

"Clean convenient location near I 90. Breakfast was fine as part of the package"

"This isn’t a bad place to stay for a stop to get to your next destination. Literally just sleep shower and move on. The floors are filthy dirty so much it made our feet black lol. Breakfast is super simple. It has potential to be nice but wouldn’t stay again"

"Great stop for 1 night lay over."

"bom hotel, recomendo, estava de passagem, mais o hotel e aconchegante"

"Staff was very nice"

"A geladeira do quarto não funcionava direito e estava com partes quebradas dentro. Teve vazamento de água no banheiro e precisei trocar de quarto depois da segunda vez q vazou. Nao tinha ferro de passar, apesar de ter tábua de passar."

"When we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was not made and the bathroom not cleaned - no new towels, etc. Front desk receptionist came down to the room and made up the bed and cleaned the bathroom."

"Breakfast was not very good"

"The shower in room didn't work. The hotel is like a stopping point for vagrants. The room I was in had cracks allover the place and had a weird smell."

"Was charged twice because their systems were down, had to sleep in the car for 3 hours while we waited for the systems to be “back up”. It never really came back online so they said we had to rebook and pay, which we did because it was now almost 4am and we were exhausted. There are too many other hotels in this area for me to ever stay here again."
