"The room was a bit worn. The thermostat didn't work - off actually turned the heat on full blast. The bed and bedding were very nice and comfortable. No A/C which is typical on the Oregon coast, but there was a floor fan available in the room that was extremely dirty - sort of pointless providing a fan if it's not cleaned regularly with the rest of the room."

"I was bitten by fleas from previous animals that have stayed in the room. Room was not clean window in the bathroom was broken. When the fold out bed was open dirt and garbage came out of it. There was also sand all over the floor. I do not recommend the stay"

"The room was dirty and outdated - crunchy carpet, old soiled curtains, torn screen, burnt out light bulbs and the room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. It was a tough stay. For an empty place we were given a room on the first floor with a view of an old pool house and messy closed down pool instead of a view of the water. No effort to make the stay half way decent. But I don’t think Expedia will post negative reviews like this."

"We were disappointed to find that the property wasn’t an inn at all, it was a motel The room had the basic amenities, and the hot tub was nice, but the glass overlooking the ocean was clouded with dirt and residue, so you couldn’t appreciate the view from the hot tub. Same with the glass sliding doors, so every view of the ocean was obscured by cloudy residue. Members of the staff called down to us from the unit above ours while we were in the hot tub as we were nearing checkout time...

"This is my second stay and it was not as good as the first. The dishes provided were dirty. There was hair that was not mine in the shower. I was in a pet friendly cabin and there was a distinct urine smell in one corner of the room. If I come back, I am going to try to get the cabin I had before that was not pet friendly and not next to the road."

"The men's sauna was closed. There was a ban on fireplace use. Neither of those were disclosed at booking. The bathroom molding was in need of repair. The pans in the kitchen had burnt on stains. There was no lighting in the middle of the room. The light above the table was too low and we kept hitting our head on it. There were stains in the carpet.
