"Really enjoyed the cottage! Great natural light from windows with living room and bedroom water views. Really is perfect for a couple and the trundle bed (not used) would add the kids option if desired with playground within view of balcony. Next time I’ll use kayaks provided. Bed was comfortable and tv had all you could ever need. AC’s were perfect with cool air all night, especially if you pick side where air flows right on to the bed. Very nicely stocked! "Es un lugar muy bonito los apartamentos están muy confortables, algo muy especial para mi fue la limpieza, las personas que lo atienden son muy amables y respetuosas, el edificio es muy bonito y tiene un patio con asador. El único pero es que no tiene piscina. Por lo demás es 10 de 10"

"We all had a wonderful active vacation . There was so much to do on the river . My four grandchildren enjoyed the rope swing , and fishing on the island , we all enjoyed the paddle boarding , tubing , snorkeling and kayaking . The house was great , with enough room for the ten of us. We will return."

Loved the Old Florida vibe and the Sand Hill Cranes were a bonus!We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards, but the house had plenty of options to get out and enjoy tho river with!It was so peaceful sitting on the dock and watching all the beautiful wildlife!We will be back!"

"The Yearling will always have a very special place in my heart. It is old Florida charm at its finest. The cabins are not 5-star accommodations, but rather exactly what you would expect to find located on Cross Creek between Lake Orange and Lake Lochloosa. They are clean, comfortable and offer an excellent view of the creek. The neighborhood peacocks call to each other while birds and other wildlife occasionally travel by. My husband and I have stayed three times so far and would love to go back...

"Another great week at this quaint establishment. Well stocked, clean,comfy bed and the sheets and towel smell so good. Scallops plentiful this year. Took the tandem kayak to Hunters Springs park n kayaked to Three sisters Spring. Had a epic stay. Thank you"

"Very clean and cozy home! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Location was perfect and very safe. Sunny was very kind and communicative throughout the check in and check out process as well! Will definitely be booking here again. :)"

"Our stay was awesome! It’s perfect for a family and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Gainesville. The apartment was clean, with a kitchen that allowed us to keep beverages and snacks. If we had wanted to make meals, we could have, though the restaurants in the area were great, so we did not. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The amenities were beautiful: pool, pickleball court and gym. I can’t emphasize enough what a great vacation this made for us! "

"The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "

"Hotel Adorável Quarto grande, limpo, bem agradável e tinha duas camas bem confortáveis. Nosso quarto ficava de frente então tinha uma bela vista da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção e ganhamos um vale para bebida de álcool e pequeno jantar. O café também foi bem satisfatório. Ah, tem de tudo bem pertinho, muitas opções de comércio e comida. Recomendo!"

"Excellent location, easy access and safe parking. Clean and comfortable bed and accessories, quiet heater, clean and safe bathroom with essential safety railings for the elderly, recently renovated room, breakfast with healthy foods with natural oatmeal, natural orange and egg-based animal protein. The lady who organizes the breakfast (Ms. Emmy) is fantastic, hard-working, always smiling and attentive to everyone and at check-in, Ms. Madison, I must highlight the fast, efficient and attentive service to everyone who arrived and it really is a choice for the return to Gainsville,-FL. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! "

"The building is beautiful but overall the hotel needs urgently a huge renovation . Room very dated, carpets looking dirty and not smelling good. Breakfast average. Bed sheets and bath towels not good quality. For the price you can find a better hotel in the area. Not coming back again. "
