"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting the area for a few days. The property was beautiful and clearly well maintained. The quiet setting was much needed after our busy days visiting the local parks. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the future!"

"Our family of four loved our stay at the Moss Side Manor house. The house was very comfortable and we loved the historic furnishings. The farm setting was very interesting. We saw the farm manager feeding the cows and he kindly gave us an impromptu lesson on the farm and area properties. The house was also close to several restaurants and a short drive to Williamsburg. All in all a great visit. Highly recommended."

"The farmhouse was comfortable and charming. We enjoyed being able to come back after a day out and relax like it was home, while enjoying the quiet of the country. It is also positioned for easy drives to Richmond or the beach. I highly recommend and would stay here again."

"My husband and I, along with our sweet pooch Auggie, thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time at the retreat. The place looked just like the pics and the owners and their son (and his gf) were wonderful. The pool was just what I needed and we loved walking on the trails. We are looking forward to a return trip! (Thanks again for the fresh eggs!)"

The bathroom was clean- bring your own soap, no complimentary toiletries here. The kitchen was roomy and fun to cook breakfast in. Would definitely stay here again."
