"O ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que não conseguimos dormir. O teto do quarto tinha um remendo que afetava a estética do quarto. O papel de parede estava soltando no canto da parede dando um ar de pouco cuidado com a manutenção"

"Good location. Clean"

"The hotel is amazing! Great spa e, high ceilings, breakfast was great and filling. The room was so nice that I dreaded leaving the room. The staff was kind and courteous. I will be back just for the experience. Its near all sorts of entertainment."

"Breakfast was great so many choices . Property was clean."

"Otima localizacao"

"I haven’t enjoyed my trip."

"Limpo, quartos amplos e em boas condições. Banheiro bom Café da manhã muito bom para os padrões americanos. Enfim, boa estadia. Tudo calmo, limpo e amplo"

"Avoid this hotel. I informed the front desk at check-in that I’d be paying on checkout and would need a receipt in my company’s name. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. But at checkout, they refused to issue the receipt. When I asked for the manager, they were called but didn’t show up or respond. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the issue was left unresolved. Unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused."

"Quarto amplo, bom café da manhã e excelente localização"

"My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."

"There was no information in the room about the hotel. I had to text to find out where the restaurant was and if there was complementary coffee."
