"The hotel needs repairs. If you would like a quite room to sleep in, this is not the place. Kids running in the hallways and kids waking up early crying. All restaurants and bars close early (9pm). The swim up bar closes early 6pm"

"Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well"

"Took a long time to fall asleep due to all the noise. Also someone preset the TV volume to full blast as a joke I guess. Very loud and painful. Definitely not funny! The noisy ice machine sat right next to our door and vehicles were parked backwards in front of our door and window. Got an unwanted early wake up. Left there completely unrested."

"We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon"

"My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests."

Being in the cleaning business, I noticed things most will not but, I also know how crazy things get and how short staff it can be/get. The Manger he was very helpful and a very nice man. "Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. Front desk staff was very nice. We were going to stay another night due to...
