"The owner was very responsive, she got back to my messages very quickly! Im so picky about cleanliness, it can be a mansion but if not clean, I'm not having it, but this cabin was very clean. I was a little concerned since it is a little older cabin, but it really is clean. The river was wonderful , the towns dillsburo and sylva were quaint and wonderful. Me and my mom usually go to chimney rock and we were so bummed we haven't been able to go and we didn't know if we would ever find a place we...

"I absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful place to get away and the hot tub was wonderful. Will definitely add this place to the favorites!!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect to get away for a few days. A short drive to things we wanted to do and great restaurants, but the privacy of being tucked away. The view was amazing, the cabin was just right for the two of us and our senior puppy dog enjoyed having a fenced area to roam. I work on the go via laptop utilizing large construction project files and had excellent internet connection on laptop and phones while working (from outside on the deck so I could enjoy the view!)"

"This was a last minute trip. This cabin was spot on in every way. The quickest response to a late booking. Cabin last as it say. The only thing I would change if we could is, it would be pet friendly. Great host, fast to responding to questions. We were grateful for this place. Must take the time to sit on the porch and watch the fireflies, I have them where I live, but not that many at one time. Absolutely beautiful!"

"Very cute lil place, tucked away in a great location! Loved the lake view from the deck. Enjoyed bird watching, ( bring your binoculars!)Hubbie and I brought our own Umbrella and stand with a couple chairs to fish on deck. We got a few nibbles that’s about it. Kitchen is very small with no oven BUT doable and nice grill outside. Definitely made for a couples getaway my husband and I LOVED IT! Miss Day was an awesome host! We will be back"

"This is an awesome cabin getaway! The location is minutes from multiple downtown areas, the cabin is clean and in great condition, and sitting on the porch listening to the river made for the most relaxing vacation. Highly recommend this place!"

"This wonderful suburban home (inside) looks like a mountain cabin outside. We cooked breakfast and dinner there and hiked the parks during the day. Very secluded and slightly off the beaten path but easily accessed. Nice pool table and game selections. Solid wifi. Kitchen needs some steak knives but if thats the only thing missing. Great rental!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was even better than our expectations!! Clean, beautifully appointed, special”surprises” from our host, beautiful grounds!!! A perfect getaway. We were in town for a wedding, but chose to do nothing else except a couple of dinners out, because the home was so relaxing!! A much needed vacation for us!! Thank you so much!!!"

"This is an adorable condo and the owners do so many little extras to make it a very special stay. It was so well stocked with everything you can imagine. The bed linens and towels were first rate! We look forward to going back to Sapphire Valley and stying in the Dogwood condo."
