"We have stayed at the Arlington for years. This trip was terrible. The carpet in the room was completely nasty. The walls were filthy. Paint was chipped. I was extremely disappointed. It used to be such a beautiful property. We did enjoy the lobby area, as always. But the room was unacceptable. "

The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower. "We always enjoy this property when we stay here! The children love the swimming pool and sand play area. My husband enjoys fishing at the lake. And plus there are a lot of entertainment and food areas located in the area. The carpet had minor stains, but nothing we couldn’t get over. Especially since the place is a little older. Parking is great as long as you remember to put your parking tag in your window. We’ll definitely go back "
