"I know everyone says you get what you pay for and they are partially correct. The staff was very helpful, it was super quiet and laid back, it's not over ran by sketchy people although from the road it might look that way. The property is severely outdated and in need of some major TLC but it was pleasant enough that we will stay again. Could definitely use some love, more comfy beds, and more pillows but we did enjoy our stay overall."

"I liked the hotel it was very convenient to the convention center which is what we needed. I was not happy that the Skyway Bridge was closed because that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there was the easy access. Overall the room was clean, I found some things that I wasn't too particularly happy with like loose hairs in the bathroom and the room was extremely hot. We had the air turned down all the way to 60 trying to get it cool off, and I don't think it ever did. The breakfast...

"Our stay for our family's vacation was great. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. Beds were very comfortable and we had all the room we needded. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again. Wish we would have found the condo earlier since we come to Hot Springs quite a bit. "

"Check in went fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable. Loved the shower. Excellent water pressure. Only 1 tissue in dispenser. Seems to have been there for decoration. Overall very satisfied. Will stay there again if price is right again."

"Great value for a quick stop at a motel-type setup for this roadtripper. Free hot breakfast, staff quick to help and very talkative in a fun way. Basic room but bonus big fridge and super soft king bed. I also regret that all the updated and expensive hotels only have slippery shower stalls, so it was great to have a bath tub after a long drive. Felt safe and although I suspect if there were partiers you might hear them through the walls, my stay was quiet (and short)."
