"No staff when we arrived, waited for 20 mins to finally somebody shows up to help us check in. The staff don’t know much about computer reservation and ask us to pay for another card when I already showed him it’s all paid, with my receipt confirmation .When we got to the room it’s smelly and it doesn’t feel safe. It’s a terrible service !"

"Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all...

"Was not a fan of having to pay a hefty price for insurance on top of the listed price. Very misleading. Dining table was almost too shaky to eat at let alone play games at. Nice location across from h to be lake but most of the window blinds are busted so could not appreciate the view. Nice walking/running path access! Minimal supplies in kitchen. "
