"This hotel is advertised as something it's not. Bad toilets, HOT TUB was BROKEN, it has not been completely renovated. There are things broken all over the property The staff were superb trying to help us. We were told the owner does not want to put money into it. Elevator went out, water backups. We talked to most people that were staying there and everyone was livid about the hot tub. Why wouldn't the property let us know. Our group came in from all over the country for a special time...

"Beautiful view of the ocean right from the bedroom area. We went during the freeze that came a couple months back, so we didn't get any beach time in, unfortunately... It looked beautiful. The hotel was extremely clean, no bad smell, and the room had a super cute set up with the kitchenette, living area & bedroom Check in was simple, quick and just as easy to check out. Two smart TVs were included in our room & we were able to set up our own game system. I saw a review stating they didn't...

"The Cove hotel was clean & staff were always friendly. One issue - We were not notified that the pool was ripped out and under construction until October 2026. I happened upon a recent review to find out this information. Fortunately, after calling, the hotel right next door (Plantation Island) are letting guests from The Cove use their pools at no charge! They have 2 large pools (1 heated), 3 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. The Cove responded quickly to any requests I had and offered express check...

Cofre não funcionou desde o 1o dia, passei 3 dias e não me deram nem uma hora de late check out. Provavelmente não retornarei.."
