"Property is well maintained for an older building. They have a bar/restaurant on-site which was so convenient. Nice to have a place to wind down after a great day. Staff was excellent."

"The front desk staff was awesome; super friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower didn't have the pressure I'm used to but it was sufficient. Our tv wasn't working properly, they came down within 10 mins to fix it. The location was easy to find. The breakfast was delicious. If I'm ever in that area again, we'll definitely stay there."

"The room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy to park however on Expedia the property is listed as located in Meadow Bridge, but was actually in Dawson alittle bit further away. Rooms are all inside, so anyone talking in the hallway was easily heard in our room (late at night a conversation was going on with a staff member and two others and it was very loud and woke us up). Breakfast was meager and not good."

"This hotel could use a complete updating."

"The area was extremely quiet and made for a perfect relaxing weekend! The cabin was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and the screened in porch with the hot tub was amazing!"

"The listed Expedia price was advertised as all taxes and fees included, however, the taxes were added on top of the listed price by Country Roads Cabins when they ran our card. We booked 3 other places on this trip and didn't have that problem with the others, nor have I ever with my past bookings. That said, the cabin was very nice and we had a great time there."

"It was a fun way to stay. Location was minutes from trailheads and town. I would recommend this place to a small family (there is a loft to sleep in) or a hiking group."

"Nice place to stay off the interstate in West Virginia. Great river views. Good communication with the host."

"I liked nothing there. Was checked in on Tuesday. Was suppose to be there until Sunday. We left on Thursday morning. I couldn't stand one more day there"

"Absolutely beautiful home! The host has kept the property in pristine, like-new condition, and I found myself wanting to stay inside just to take in all the thoughtful details. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well organized. The home had the perfect amount of amenities, and the information provided about the surrounding area was incredibly helpful. If you’re considering staying here, I would absolutely recommend it! Overall, we had a wonderful trip, and the home itself was...

"Perfect place for my wife and I while visiting/exploring the area. Simply, clean, and great location."

"Interesting and pretty location on the river. Only complaint was loud people above us. But for the price it was lovely."

"Good location"

"Very clean and roomy for my long weekend with family. This was our second year staying here."
