"The hotel is fine, on par with what you would expect from a Holiday Inn - airport. We had a 6:50 a.m flight, at checkout we reserved the 4:00 a.m. shuttle. When we arrived in the lobby just before 4 am the shuttle had already left. The front desk tried to call, but the driver says the shuttle was full - he'd be back in 30 minutes... What's the point of reserving if the shuttle leaves ahead of schedule and without you? I had to pay $30 to an Uber and the front desk clerk was very in apologetic... The room was a little old, particularly the bathroom fixtures. The bedding and the hotel restaurant were what you would expect. Annoyed by the shuttle service and lack of proactivity by the front desk to do anything about it."
