Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good!
The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room.
The blankets and bedsheets did not smell fresh or look clean! The extra blankets in the closet looked like it should have been replaced a three years ago!
The bathroom was very cold inside and had a mold smell. The door trim on the bathroom door was broken and glued back together, the bathroom sink was missing a sink stopper, the shower leak water from the back of the shower head once you turn on the shower, the tile shower had caulk smeared all along the shower walls and floor instead of grout, it really looked unprofessionally done!
I went over to the office to talk to someone about my room but there wasn’t anyone inside the office but I did see a sign posted on the window that stated No refunds! No telephone in the rooms , No Ice! And No pets!
I have taken pictures of everything that I have stated in this review and if I could download these pictures I would. I wanted my money back because I really felt I was deceived!
