"The host was extremely responsive, welcoming, and friendly. She provided great ideas for things to do and see in the area. I grew up in Real county so I am very knowledgeable about the area. "This property was the perfect place for our Cousin’s Reunion. It had an easy stone stair walkway to the gently flowing river and a large pavilion that was perfect for morning coffee or a family cookout. "There was a mix-up with the couple renting the other cabin. They arrived first, and was asked if they were the couple with the dog, and they said yes and were let in the cabin. When we arrived they had started unpacking, so we agreed to let them stay on our cabin, and we stayed in there cabin.There was no loft in our cabin, but we had paid for it. We were not going to make it an issue. We did enjoy our stay. Bed and couch very comfortable. Needs more light in kitchen area."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! My family wanted to explore Garner State Park, and this was a great option that was about twelve minutes away. It was a great place to retreat to after a full day of hiking! One of the bedrooms (the one with the angled ceiling) is a loft style, and my niece adored it!
