"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "We had a group of 14 (preteens, teens, & adults) and stayed for 4 nights. We loved how everything was set up. The bunkhouse was the perfect setup for the teens. We loved how close to town the house is and just a short drive to Garner. With the houses, pool, river, pavilion, and games we had everything we needed right there. Thanks so much for hosting us!"

"We had the best time at this property. The house and bunk house are AMAZING. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some space. There wasn’t much water right in front of the house(which we knew) but there is a great swimming hole 50 yds away and another one the other direction. We will be back, we found our new place to stay every year. "

"Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. "This was exactly what we were needing! The cottage is adorable and private, which we loved. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking! We spent hours in the afternoons enjoying the river and I think our dogs enjoyed it more than we did! It was flowing nicely, clear and cold. We love the Frio, it’s always been our happy place! We will be back! "
