"Loved the balcony and view of Lake Michigan. The beds were comfortable. The Towers could use a few more handicap parking spaces and repainted stripping for better definition. It’s too late now, but the bathroom could use a second sink. The room could have used a second stuffed chair so two people can sit across from one another comfortably. Your reception area could have used some snacks like chips/nuts. Your bar area should open earlier for afternoon cocktails."

"The first morning in my stay, the shower water temperature bounced from very hot to very cold to very hot again pretty frequently. However, the second morning had no issues. There wasn't a very large breakfast menu. Instant eggs and pancakes were pretty much it. The English muffins weren't very fresh. At least the coffee was fresh and hot. The bed was ok. Not very soft, but I slept good. The TV channels were pretty basic."

"This is a cute place to stay if you’re only planning on being there for a few days, there is not much around the area and it’s more of a small stop you make if you have to rather than a longer stay. It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...

"Excellent, caring, friendly staff. We had our small dog with us and they all showed him a lot of love. Continental breakfast was hot and fresh. Relaxing covered outside areas where we sat and enjoyed the nice summer night. We would definitely stay here again."
