"Upon arrival on a Thursday early afternoon, we found the twin room clean with reception informing us our room would be cleaned again on the Saturday. When we returned later that day (Saturday), the sheets were not changed, the rubbish bins not emptied and the bathroom had not been cleaned either. This was reported to reception who apologised but there was no offer to clean the room the following day. Pretty poor on their part. Upon our departure (spent 4 nights there), we were asked by...

Pool had no visible toilets in pool area. Some small maintenance issues, reported to staff."

"The loft was a lovely outlook at the back, overlooking the pool and bushland. Monique was a lovely host, very welcoming with lots of local tips of where to eat out etc..
The only criticism would be that the toilet was downstairs and no upstairs sink to wash dishes that were used.
Perfect spot the wander into town and lots of lovely walks.
Would definitely recommend."
