"We loved our stay at the cottage! The layout, the two living areas and the well appointed kitchen made our 4 night stay very comfortable... the tea and coffee bar and the towel warmer!! All the beds were super comfortable too. We especially enjoyed the back of the property with the "swing house", axe throwing, and big fire pit!We would definitely love to stay again! "

"A perfect getaway to celebrate the holidays! We visited Eagles Rest with my one month shy of 90 year-old mother, and two adult kids. "We had a wonderful weekend stay for our daughter's wedding. The house has been completely renovated with the top-of-the-line furniture and appliances. Every room is exquisitely furnished. We LOVED the fire pit and smores which our hosts graciously supplied. The countryside was quiet and the night-time stars were spectacular. "We had a great stay overall! The animals were all nice besides the donkey. The market was nice for breakfast and a little shopping. The cabin was a bit chilly the first night as there’s not really insulation but with both heaters going and the fan blowing towards the roof it made it more than comfortable the second night.
