"Nice Room and Friendly Staff"

"I've been to various parts of Alabama 9 times in the past 4 years, so I have a decent perspective. At the price point I paid, I was nervous about the building and room potentially being a nightmare, but this was totally not the case. The front lobby was always freshly mopped and smelled good as soon as you walked in. All staff was extremely pleasant. My room seemed like it had new flooring and was clean. Only small complaints were the mattress was unsupportive and a bit uncomfortable and...

"The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room we were in smelled so musty that we had to ask for another room. They request was handled very quickly and without question. The second room smelled pleasing but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. I could tell things had been wiped because I could see the smeared film on everything. I did not feel good about the room because of the cleanliness. "

But the house very quickly accommodated our needs with a great fire pit that allowed us to reconnect with old friends. The pool table in the basement made pool tournaments a great way to spend our evenings. Loved everything about the property and would stay there again if I have the opportunity to. "
