"Upon arrival at The Carrick, there was a minor glitch. We were given keys to the room we had booked, but when we got to the room, it was apparent that housekeeping had not yet cleaned the room (i.e., beds not made, etc.). We went back to the front desk where they apologized and found us another room. It took about 5 minutes while they went to check out the new room before sending us there, but in the mean time we sat on the comfortable sofa in the lobby and enjoyed the snacks and cold drinks...

"Clean. Bed a little too firm for us but sleepable. Was not a queen - Double. Just one night passing through. Price was right for the night and a better breakfast than most for an early morning exit. Would probably stay again should circumstances require. Gas, Safeway, and freeway location. RV, Trailers, Semi truck parking. 4.5 and rounded up. "
