"Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. "The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious."

"Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table."
