"House very comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of outside seating . The waterfront access easy, being able to use kayaks and paddle boards and floats was great. Lovely quiet cove on Lake Norman.plenty of room for 20 people"

"This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we could t have picked a better one to start with. Ashley was very quick with responding to questions leading up to our stay and the location of the home was very close to many restaurants and things to do on the water. The house accommodated four adults, a teenager, our ten year old and our dog very comfortably. We will definitely recommend this tiny home to our friends and family."

"We had a great time staying here. The house has a nice layout, with full equipped kitchen. Nice short walk to the dock. John was very easy to communicate with and always answered any questions we had prior to, and during our trip. Having the boat available to rent is such a nice bonus too. "

"Beautiful home with amazing views and amenities! A perfect getaway with lots to do to keep you entertained. The hosts were always available if anything was needed or for questions. We loved our stay and hope to come back! Thank you for providing such a beautiful vacation destination!"

"Overall great property. We had a wonderful week visit. Plenty of things to do for all ages. Another refrigerator would be helpful, but we made it work. The bottom of the pool is a bit rough, but still great to spend time in."

"We came down for a weekend away staying 3 my nights. We loved the lake access and I brought my paddleboard. It was only 5-10 minutes to grocery store or fast food or 20-30 minutes for nicer dining. We also drove 45 minutes into Charlotte for my husband to do the nascar experience. We cooked and grilled in one night and they had everything we needed there. It was so great and relaxing not k worry about anything. "

"Wonderful stay in a great location. Sully was very helpful answering all questions."

"The house and property are quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a few sunsets in front of the fire pit. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. The pups just wanted to hang out with us and get pets. I would love to visit again. "

"We decided to try a different vacation on a lake this year A lot of the family had never been to a lake and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was an incredible perk and it had the best view of the lake. We could swim in the lake during the day and the pool at night. The pool had lights and a hot tub. The owner of the property was very responsive and kind. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 12. The setup was great too. I would highly recommend!"

"Home/pool/spa were amazing! The upstairs bunk room and play room were perfect for our grandchildren. Beautifully decorated. Lots of little details that are not always available in other rental homes. Best place our family has stayed in the past 6 years, hands down and Kim was very responsive and personable. Highly recommend."

"Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!"

"I rented the cottage so my son and daughter in law could have a couple of peaceful days before leaving for their honeymoon. They loved it !!!! It might become their anniversary retreat."
