"This lakefront spot utilized the small space inside perfectly. Everything was spot on clean and the bed was super comfy. Then there was the outdoor space so much to choose from. Very high-end outdoor furniture and a beautiful dock to jump in the lake."

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!"

"Our group ages 14-74 enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house had a beautiful view of the lake! The home was very clean and Leah was quick to reach if needed. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. The views of the lake cannot be beat and the two story dock was the best for sunset viewing. We chose this lake home to enjoy before and after the NASCAR races. It was a perfect escape from the crowds!!"

"We enjoyed a very comfortable relaxing weekend. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, and watching the birds and ducks as we sat on the deck in the evening as the sun went down. Very peaceful setting with beautiful views, easy access to water fun, and everything you need for a no-fuss vacation. We would definitely rent here again!"

"The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable with plenty of entertainment "

"The house and property are quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a few sunsets in front of the fire pit. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. The pups just wanted to hang out with us and get pets. I would love to visit again. "

"Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!"

"Wonderful location. Great dock for all water based activities. The view is incredible. There are a few house features that could use a bit of updating, however, all in all, the house is well maintained. The host, Zee, was very attentive. Our family had a wonderful week on the lake. "

"We came to Lake Norman to visit our grandchildren who live in Sherrills Ford. This home was 10 min. from their home. The cove this home is located in is calm and almost mystical. The home has everything one would need for a lakeside visit and more! We did not even have time to enjoy everything. Additional bonus was having a dock to tie up our son’s ski boat during our stay. "

"This rental was just as described. It was very cute clean and cozy. The couple hosting the rental were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting the farm. Kevin, Hamlet and the dogs were fantastic. We came to town for a fundraiser and for the NASCAR race. We certainly could have stayed closer to Concord but this was a lovely place to stay and really not too far away. The setting made it well worth the few extra miles to drive to the race and other events near Concord. We look forward to our...
